Dear Students,

Thank you for submitting your artwork in the 2013 Congressional Art Competition.  All of you are such talented and gifted individuals, and I appreciate seeing your hard work and creativity.

I want to inform you that the 2013 People’s Choice Award Competition has officially begun.  Your artwork can now be viewed on my website so individuals can vote for their favorite piece online.  The artist with the most votes wins the 2013 People’s Choice Award and will be presented with a certificate at the award’s reception on May 2.  Voting has begun and will end on April 29 at 12:00 p.m. CST.  I encourage you to tell your family and friends to go online and vote for you to be the 2013 People’s Choice Award Winner.
