    WASHINTGON, D.C. – Yesterday, U.S. Congressman Sam Johnson (TX-03) introduced H.R. 1156, the Patient Access to Higher Quality Health Care Act of 2017. This bill would repeal Obamacare’s ban on new construction of physician-owned hospitals. It also repeals a part of Obamacare that in essence bans the ability of physician-owned hospitals to expand.
