I maintain an office in Washington, D.C. and one in Richardson. If you have a problem with the federal government, need information or assistance, or would like to share your thoughts with me, feel free to call, write, or visit either office. The mission of each office is to serve the residents of the Third District.
All constituent services casework regarding help with a federal agency is handled through my district office in Richardson. Please email your respective completed privacy form to my district office at samjohnsoncasework@mail.house.gov or fax it to my district office at 972-470-9937. Emailing our faxing your request for assistance with a federal agency to my Washington, D.C. office may result in a delayed response. Emails sent directly from my website are routed to my Washington, D.C. office.
